Payments and Creator payouts are processed by third-party payment providers such as Stripe.

PinCloud:

6. Creator Content & Public Information

Creators acknowledge that:

• Creator display name, profile, product titles, and previews may be publicly visible
• This information is necessary to operate the marketplace
• Creators control the content they upload

7.1 Transactional Emails

Transactional emails are sent when necessary to:

• Create and manage user accounts
