5. Payments & Payouts
Payments and Creator payouts are processed by third-party payment providers such as Stripe.
PinCloud:
- Does not store full payment card details
- Shares necessary data with payment providers solely to process transactions
Payment providers act as independent data controllers under their own privacy policies.
6. Creator Content & Public Information
Creators acknowledge that:
- Creator display name, profile, product titles, and previews may be publicly visible
- This information is necessary to operate the marketplace
- Creators control the content they upload
7. Email Communications
7.1 Transactional Emails
We use email addresses to provide our services and communicate with users.
Transactional emails are sent when necessary to:
- Create and manage user accounts
- Process purchases and deliver digital products
- Provide customer support
- Inform users about important service-related matters (e.g. security, legal or technical updates)
These communications are necessary for the performance of a contract and cannot be unsubscribed from.
7.2 Marketing Emails
