Our Approach
Why PinCloud exists
PinCloud was built to make local knowledge reusable.
Finding good places in a new city shouldn't mean hours of searching, saving, and second-guessing.
We believe locals already know what's worth visiting — and that this knowledge deserves a simple, fair way to be shared.
How we think about creators
Creators are not advertisers on PinCloud.
There are no paid placements, sponsored spots, or algorithmic boosts.
Maps are shown based on relevance and usefulness — not payment.
Transparency & independence
PinCloud is an independent platform.
We don't sell visibility, rankings, or featured placements.
Clear rules, predictable processes, and long-term trust matter more to us than short-term growth.
A note from the team
PinCloud started from a simple frustration.
Every time we traveled, we ended up with dozens of open tabs, saved posts, and half-finished Google Maps lists.
We built PinCloud to turn that scattered process into something reusable — and to give locals a fair way to share what they already know.
We're building this platform slowly and intentionally, with clear rules and no sponsored content.
